Just 12 miles from Tredethy and a mile from Polzeath beach and the estuary at Rock, the purchase of a new Walled Garden cottage includes 20 years membership of the Golf and Health Club worth £625 per person per year at a nominal fee to the home owner of £100 per person per year as well as access to Roserrow’s other outstanding leisure amenities.

The 18 Hole par 72 Course, designed by a former Ryder Cup player and awarded a silver-rated HSBC sponsor course ranking via Golf Monthly magazine, has a mixture of gentle holes and demanding challenges. There’s also a Club House, golf shop and driving range and, if you want to improve your game, a resident golf professional is on hand to help with advice and tuition.

After your game or your stroll back to the club house from the beach, why not wander upstairs and experience the delights of the Bar and Restaurant. They are open all day and serve fine food, wine and refreshments in relaxing, rustic surroundings. Here, whether on your own or with a larger group, you can linger over breakfast, enjoy a cream tea or dine in style on a selection of Cornwall’s best produce and sea food while looking down upon the greens with the Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop.

MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The management service provides for housekeeping, laundry, gardens and grounds maintenance, repairs, property maintenance, changeovers, pre arrival grocery shopping etc. All of these services are available on a cost-plus-10% basis. The annual fee for marketing and renting your property is 15% of rental income plus a further 10% of rental income for the use of golf and leisure facilities for your holiday tenants. House owners are not contractually obliged to use the house management service if they are not letting out the house for holiday purposes. If a Walled Garden house owner chooses to let the property for holiday purposes they must use the Roserrow Management Service.
