We can offer a wealth of jogging trails throughout Roserrow. Situated within 400 acres of idyllic countryside and offering a coastline of breathtaking cliffs and scenery, the spectacular coastal paths between Rock and Polzeath are a paradise for walking or for the more adventurous jogging, where you can admire the dramatic Atlantic Ocean.
Why not run down across the fairways to Shilla Mill, across Polzeath to Pentire Point? Alternatively bear left along Polzeath Beach to Brae Hill at Daymer, sheltered by the Atlantic Swell, the sandy bar and home to the historic St Enodoc Church, much loved by Sir John Betjeman. Jogging through the arable dairy land and the sheltered wooded valley in the Parish of St Minver you will come across an abundance of sea birds and wild flowers.
If you would like a map of our jogging trails or perhaps book one of our trainers, who will be delighted to take you along the many footpaths throughout the course, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
