Sandy Cottage is situated in the Byres at the heart of Roserrow, only a short walk from the clubhouse and excellent leisure facilities.
The property provides luxury spacious accommodation and has a lovely patio and garden.

Upstairs -

• family bathroom with bath and seperate shower
• one large twin bedroom providing 2 additional full size slide-out beds for additional accommodation. This room also has a table top football game.
Large enclosed lawned garden and patio, wet suit drying area. Children welcome, electricity included, central heating, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ironing facilities, music centre, TV and video, table football, cafetiere, telephone. Large garden and patio, brick built barbecue, parking facilities.
Well Behaved Dogs accepted at an extra charge of £30 per dog.
Please note that dogs are not to be left in the house on their own at
any time.
Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.
Please make sure all gardens are left clean.
