The title of the residences, including corresponding common areas are held by a UK based independent Trustee Company for the benefit of the owners. This means each owner will have limitless access to all residences within their ownership category (2 bedroom or 3 bedroom). At any given point ownership assets may be sold, willed or transferred benefiting from any increase in time and market value.
