"From the picture in the brochure the course appears fairly flat and bland but I can tell you it is anything but. This is by far one of the nicest courses I have played in a while and the clubhouse overlooking the 9th and the 18th green adds to the overall charm.
The course opens up with a few fairly plain (yet tough) par 4's and a par five. The tough part is that the greens are fairly firm and as a result difficult to get the ball to hold so instead requires some links-style play in the form of the bump and run shot, but should add that the putting surface is very good. Then come some wonderful holes and due to the undulating nature of the ground many blind tee shots and approach shots which do not always need to be approached using a driver and at times accuracy can be far better than distance.
Some of the holes have a sea view and the rest have all their own appeal. Some of the more memorable holes are the Par 5 6th with its narrow sloping fairway (all about accuracy), the Par 3 7th with its double tiered green, the par 4 10th all downhill to the flag, and probably one of the more difficult holes me, and my fellow partners have played, as the scores on the hole testifies the par 4 14th a wonderfully designed hole.
The golf course provided some wonderful rounds of golf and will only get better as it gets older. I would highly recommend the course and it was also quite reasonable”.
“One of the best new courses I have played over the last few years. An un pretty first hole is followed by 17 superbly designed holes with great views. The front 9 is reasonably open but the back 9 has some very tight holes, especially the 14th which is best attacked with 2 long irons. The 10th is best played with an iron from the tee followed by a short iron down to a green way below your feet. The 17th is a brilliantly designed hole that is banana shaped but has a tree placed in front of the left half of the green if you try to cut too much off with your drive. The par 3's are all varied, different lengths and directions. I would highly recommend a visit”.

“This is the first time I have played at the course, we turned up 1hr early for our tee time the pro could not do any more to help than he did and he did get us out early which was a great help, the course was spot on with great views and a number of great holes will long par 5’s and short par 3’s, after our round we sat in the bar overlooking the sea, once again what a great course will be going back again, thanks again”.
“The organisation and hospitality at Roserrow was second to none. The course was ideal for the event and a good test for" the seasoned pro's" as well as a lot of fun for the rest of us.
