has superb views from the sea from the lounge and sun terrace. It
has been tastefully designed and is a bright and comfortable house
within easy walking distance of the charming village of Port Isaac.
It has a luxurious well equipped kitchen with granite work tops and
breakfast bar along with a large open plan lounge and dining area.
There are comfortable leather sofas (one being a sofa bed for extra
guests) and the flat screen television offers freeview.

The Master Bedroom has a king size zip and link bed (which can easily
be converted into singles) with en suite luxury bathroom, underfloor
heating and heated towel rail, doors lead out onto a sunny terrace
with seating for 6 and a barbecue.
Bedroom 2 has a king size zip and link bed (can be converted into
singles), en suite luxury shower room, underfloor heating and heated
towel rail (view over courtyard).

No 11 is a superb house, which is suitable for holidays all year
round. It is in an excellent position to explore the North Cornwall
countryside and is a short drive to Rock, Polzeath, Wadebridge,
Padstow and the Eden Project.
