These are exciting times at Roserrow, the Brasserie has a new catering team, lead by Head Chef Ryan Tomkins. Ryan is joined by his partner Trudi Luck as Front of House Manager, together they have over 10 years experience in the trade. Their culinary credentials are impressive, Ryan Tomkins having been Head Chef of the Michelin acclaimed restaurant ‘Viners’ at Summercourt (owned by Michelin starred chef Kevin Viner) alongside Trudi as the Restaurant Manager. Also joining Ryan & Trudi as his Sous Chef is Keiran Burke, who brings a wealth of experience in desserts and pastries. Also working with Ryan will be Fiona Haley who spent 5 years at Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant before becoming the head chef of the Bodare Hotel in Daymer Bay, and after working with Paul Ripley at his Michelin star restaurant she also ran a successful franchise at St Enodoc Golf Club. The pedigree of our new restaurant team is truely of the highest quality.
Ryan says ‘This is an exciting opportunity for us, the course is coming along nicely, the leisure facilities are fantastic and the Brasserie is a lovely dining room with fantastic views across the course to the ocean’
Trudi adds ’The key is accessibility, the Brasserie is open to everyone including non members and we look forward to welcoming everyone, including those who may not have been to Roserrow before or for many years’.
Ryan and his team will be offering fresh local produce cooked to a very high standard in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Lunches range from snacks and sandwiches to set menus from £10.00 for 3 courses. Our evening menu will suit anyone, with local meats and fresh fish, theme nights and gourmet nights there will be much to look forward to.
