Come and meet the Shipshape team, who will be happy to motivate, encourage and advise you on any form of individual exercise, or join in many of the group classes that are on offer. Membership includes unlimited use of the indoor heated swimming pool, spa, steam room and fully equipped fitness suite. Two all weather tennis courts complete the facilities.

All fitness instruction is inclusive to your leisure membership. Our professional, highly qualified, but friendly staff will be happy to
arrange a personal training programme tailored just for you, and are always on hand to advise and assist.

Our members are very important, regular gym challenges ensure you will be constantly motivated and classes such as Aqua and Circuits are included in your membership if you prefer a group format. You will find us very friendly so why not pop over and meet us for an informal tour of the facilities?
