Kensa Toll is an exceptionally well appointed house situated on the end of Llangollen Cottages adjacent to the clubhouse facilities and tennis courts. With lovely views across the golf course towards Hayle Bay it is also next to the footpath only a 10 minute walk to the famous surfing beach of Polzeath. Kensa Toll is opposite the first tee.
Kensa Toll consists of Downstairs - Kitchen, Dining Area/Sitting Area (with sofa bed), Cloakroom, french doors leading out to the spacious garden with views over the golf course and the sea, Upstairs - King Size Bed with en suite shower, Bedroom 2 twin, Bedroom 3 single with pull-out bed and the family bathroom.
Garden, patio and ample parking - central heating, open fire, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, electric oven and hob, linen and towels provided (not beach towels), microwave, television, Freeview, dvd player, video, ironing facilities, hair dryer, travel cot and high chair, barbecue, cd music centre, telephone (local calls only), garden patio, parking, children welcome, dogs not accepted. This is a no smoking property.
Well Behaved Dogs accepted at an extra charge of £30 per dog.
Please note that dogs are not to be left in the house on their own at
any time.
