It is situated in a private quiet courtyard with ample parking and just a short walk from the clubhouse and leisure facilities, which are included. Polzeath beach is within 20 mins easy walking distance through the golf course.
Consisting of entrance hall, ground floor twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, separate shower room/utility area. Spacious open plan lounge with fireplace and exposed beams, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Doors leading out onto a large enclosed garden with barbecue and summerhouse.
Upstairs a double bedroom, further twin bedroom and family bathroom. The owners have provided a large selection of books/games/puzzles/dvds and children’s videos along with a wooden cot making Cobwebs very suitable for families.
