The open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room have extensive views over the surrounding countryside and golf course.

There is a garden, patio and parking. Children are welcome and the owners have included games, books and videos. Electricity and Central Heating included, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ironing facilities, music centre, TV and video/DVD, telephone. Large garden, sun decking and ample parking facilities.

Dogs are not accepted and this is a no smoking property.
