The Bothy sleeps 6 (although 9 can be negotiated) and offers luxurious accommodation with every comfort. A short walk from the leisure facilities and clubhouse and yet only a 20 minute stroll to the superb beach at Polzeath.
The property has the benefit of a kitchen/dining room and a large separate sitting room. There is a large south-west facing garden with patio and barbecue.With a master super king bed (zip-linked), en suite bathroom with bath and shower, bedroom 2 twin beds and bedroom 3 twin beds and a family bathroom.
Gas and Electricity included, Electric Cooking, Central Heating, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Tumble Dryer,Washing Machine, Drinks Fridge, Pay Phone,TV, Hi-Fi,Video.
Please note an extra charge is made for more than 6 people at £50.00 per person per week.
Well Behaved Dogs accepted at an extra charge of £30 per dog.
Please note that dogs are not to be left in the house on their own at
any time.
Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.
Please make sure all gardens are left clean.
Additional accommodation provided is a double futon in bedroom 2 and 2 double sofa beds in the lounge.
