AUTUMN

Estuaries drift into a slumber after the busy summer season and will not awaken until the Spring, only the sound of wading birds or a boat gliding into a jetty can be heard.

Country walks amongst pink heather along the coast paths see crashing waves on the headland and deserted surf beaches. Autumn is fine for walking and taking in the fine golden hues of the many valleys.
