Keresen is a large detached house that sleeps 8 and is situated in a private road just one mile and
easy walking distance to Wadebridge, North Cornwall. It is situated
in a sunny position and has a large enclosed garden with a gate
backing onto open playing fields.

Keresen has a lounge/dining room, kitchen/diner, downstairs cloakroom and has four bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has an en suite
shower room and there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom
with family bathroom.
This house is fully equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave,
fridge/freezer. All linen and towels are provided (not beach towels)
Large sunny garden stocked with herbaceous border and lawn, garden
furniture and barbecue provided.
Dogs accepted with owners consent (£30 extra charge per dog)
Keresen is just one mile away from Wadebridge, a superb town located
on the Camel Estuary. Wadebridge boasts fine restuarants and pubs,
good shops and The Camel Trail, where you can hire bikes to explore
the trail from Wadebridge to Padstow or Wadebridge to Bodmin. It is
only 6 miles from Rock, Polzeath, and Daymer Bay. The Eden Project
is just 24 miles away and Padstow is just 8 miles, where you can dine
at Rick Steins Seafood Restuarant.
